I purchased this product to enable map downloads directly to the GPS unit from our computer, to charge the unit via any wall socket, and to protect the unit outside the car. The product performs all these functions very well. As usual, Amazon shipping and overall performance was excellent.

This pack should come with the Garmin. A charger for in the house, an usb cable, and a nice leather cover. You can't even register your Garmin or get updates with the usb cable. The pack is much less expensive then you could get the items separately.

Nice case for pocket or purse. International A/C power supply for keeping your GPS charged, especially with the 8XX series that are turned on all the time. Good Garmin specific USB cable for those without a USB cable and it always nice to have a spare.
I have and would recommend to a friend.
