The computer is so old it has an area for a floppy! Its slower that heck. The monitor has lines going down the center of it & I have yet to receive my call tag...2nd attempt was done now a 3rd call must be made:(
I do not recommend purchasing this product!

Computer works well, however had to request replacement of CD rom drive as it would not read CDs. Requested replacement of key board due to 2 keys not working. Mouse broke after about 3 weeks.

The computer was a easy set up. We have not had any problems with it at all. It was the cheapest flat panel I could find.

We bought this set up for my son who needed a computer to help with his homework, basic web surfing, and learning to type. I was really nervous about buying a refurbished model via the internet. However, I'm happy to report the stress was for naught (so far). The Computer arrived with the specs as advertised and it was here within a week! We plugged it in, hooked it up, and off we went. Despite some of the previous reviews, we had no issues with connecting to the internet or any other technical problems. We would (and have) strongly recommend this product to others!
