Product Description
This dock connector to USB cable connects your iPod/iPhone to a computer to charge your iPod/iPhone and sync music and data. It supports all iPod models that have 30-pin dock connectors and all iPhone models including iPhone 4, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS. It can also be used with a USB charger to charge your iPod/iPhone. It supports USB 2.0 and 1.1. It works with iPhone 4, iPhone 3G/3GS without any warning message.
Note: the plastic housing at the dock connector end is slightly larger than the original Apple OEM cable (see picture). Some iPhone cases (such as some made by Otterbox) have tight dock connector openings -- for those, this cable may not plug into the phone with case on.

The original cable I received was defective - did not sync or charge; pins were not making good contact with my iPhone 3GS. After leaving a 1 star review, I was immediately contacted by Customer Service offering a free replacement. The new cable was tested prior to sending it out. The new cable works GREAT! The cable looks nearly identical to an OEM Apple cable.

It is a very good cable and works with the itouch and iphone. No problems with sync or charge. It feels strong and very similar to the apple cables.

The initial cord sent to me did not charge my iPhone 3GS. I left a 1-star review, and was almost immediately contacted by the vendor asking if they could send me another one. They did, and it worked. THAT is how you treat your customers.

This product is HORRIBLE.
It's not what any of the pictures above show, it will keep connecting and disconnecting from iTunes, like some type of bad contact or something, and worse: It's stuck in my iPod, and there's no way I can get it out. I tried pushing the side buttons, pulling it out, just everything. It was not worth it, I might damage my iPod because of this cheap piece of junk.
I will buy an original one at the apple store. It was not worth it trying to save a few dollars to get this!
