Anthony has a way of singing that makes you FEEL like he's been on a long journey and
has finally made it back home. And he takes you right along with him with each note.
Wonderful vocal control, smooth delivery... he tells stories with his songs.
No "fluff" in his music/songs.
Quite an enjoyable listen!

I brought one of Anthony hamilton's other CDs and loved it. I'll say it again. This brother can sing. My impression is still the same. He is a bit of Johnnie Taylor and a bit of Bobby Womack rolled into one person. Needless to say, I brought this CD too and his sound has a point. It's all about the Soul!!!! Music!!!!

deliciously soaking in to your warmed up, ready to receive, mind and heart. don't know how to explain it, but his voice and music just sounds and feels ssoo good. i really don't want to and cant try to be doing anything but listening when i put this/his cds on. alot of times the well hyped, noisy advertised, slicked produced cds jump into the center/starlight just because,....
but its this quiet, soulfully saturated in content --made of the real thing that brings it w/o anything artificial and it only makes sense to me that something this good NEEDS to be shared to all. so heres the heads up--to open up and just get it...
