I was a little leery of purchasing this product because I read so many reviews about people raving, saying that I would have absurd amount of energy etc etc. I am female and have a very petite frame and I used 1 scoop. It gave me a nice, natural amount of energy, where I felt like my workout was substantially better. I did not feel the jitters or anything like that, but I did experience the small, light "tingle" that everyone talks about. The tatse is very good and the mixability with a fork is just fine. Overall, this is a great product to use and I recommend buying this product to anyone who has the extra money to afford buying things that they don't necessarily need. I also would use this product in cycles as recommended because I can't imagine it being healthy using this product on a day-to-day basis. If you need that much energy, get more sleep!

I use this before every workout and it is amazing how much my energy levels have gone up. The taste is incredibly sweet but does go down easily. I have told a lot of friends and co-workers about this product and how I really feel it helps with energy levels and the ability to work out harder and longer.

I really do feel receiving that extra boost/energy to work harder and longer. There isn't any affects or side affects after taking Jack3D, but I have only took it for about a month and stop. Now, I have been working all natural (meaning using whatever energy i have stored in me), so i don't get addicted on Jack3D. I will start using again in the future.

I had been using the walmart brand pre-workout blend and this blows it out of the water. Gives me good energy to make it through the insanity workouts on 1 scoop. After insanity, i'll but upping to 2 scoops when i got back through p90x.
Only drawback is several times i've still been "jacked up" for about an hour after the workout - tough to sit still.
